1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
• The item is unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging, accessories, and labels are intact
• You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
• Items marked as final sale
• Used, opened, or damaged electronics
• Products with missing packaging, accessories, or manuals
• Software licenses, digital goods, or subscription-based items
• Items damaged due to misuse, accidental drops, or water exposure

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the item and your order number
• If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days
3. If your return is approved, ship the item back to the address provided
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange

5. Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item), we cover the return shipping cost
• If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs

6. Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of return approval
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
• If the refund doesn’t appear after the stated period, please check with your bank or card provider
